You really think you can find the answer to any problems? For example I want to know how to convert PSD to HTML/HTMLX with CSS maybe fast and easy without spending weeks (not even a week if possible) Also how do I make a PHP referring system? I've already made one but it's kinda basic and I don't think it's very professional ... If you can help me with those I'll add more interesting questions :D

it was meant for simple begginers if they needed help getting started :P because converting a psd to html would require publishing the psd so its ready for the web then splitting it up then putting it together again using the img tag :P
