I started a discussions the other day about trying to exercise 3 times a week if only for a little while and then postin about it so that others can encourage you about your exercising..and like I stated then it is not so much about health or wieght loss it is about women encouraging other women and about self esteem so let me say that today I actually got off the couch and lift some wieghts just for my arms.. because since I am pregnant I am not really trying to lose wieght but I do want to get the fat off my arms.. how about yall?

i think this is great. we can all use a little more exercise! yes i'm tyring to lose weight but it's more about feeling stronger, and able to do more. today i got an eliptical machine, so tommorrow i'm going to start that, for even a few mins at a time. why not today? cause i'm cramping and my back fricking hurts! lol. but tommorrow, i promise!

It's not even on the part of doing exercise that encouragement are often needed. We need it in all of our daily work regardless of what it is all about. I think that discouragement occurs when there is no one around to tell you or force you to do it in a means of telling you good words to pursue your exercise. So always try to have somebody else such as friends to be at your side for good guidance and of course to cheer you up.
