My friend recommended Linkin Park to me. Also when I used to work at a gym I would just play any hip hop songs and I would occasionally sneak in an R&B song, not to the liking of most customers. So, what is your choice of music for working? It can be anything from heavy metal to Britney Spears. I just want to know your opinion. =)

I've found that The Prodigy and Cynic are two great bands for exercising to, for myself personally anyway. I agree with others who say that up-beat, up-tempo songs are more motivating when exercising than slower ones.

i would have to go with something in the R&B section i like to listen to like lil crazed and traphic and all them. It sounds way better then the orginal cause they make it all smooth sounded and alot better with there own touch to the track but as for the original it is so ehhhh not the best i heard but its still ok xD
