If you are going to ask what makes a quality post, there are two factors for that, the length and the substance. If you post long and detailed paragraph on your discussion, response, or comment, it would generate you good income. Another one is substance. If you post a long paragraph but it does not make sense, it's useless, it may lead to post deletion so you won't earn from it so it is also required. User rating is also a factor for calculating the participation earnings aside from post quality. You will get a star next to your username once you have at least 100 posts and that represents your rating. Keep on posting with quality to make your rating increase. Also try to make discussions active by posting comments, this makes a discussion more interesting. From the word itself, it aims to 'discuss' a certain topic by exchanging of thoughts.
