Do ya'll ever have a hard time with self esteem

hi LillyBelleDaisyRose oh yes I used to have an awful time with my own self esteem. then my husband and I were watching an old series called The bionic Woman and a character in the series was really down on herself and one of the other characters came up with this scheme which my husband wrote out and made me practice. it goes like this first you say I am somebody, I am and fill in your name, then just yell it out and really believe it,Now the next step; I like myself , I am somebody and again yell this out and really believe it too.Then whenever you get to feeling down on yourself practice this little scheme of making' yourself like yourself. Just do it someplace where you can yell without anyone thinking you are an idiot, it really does work too. Perhaps your little girls would get a kick out of hearing mommy say this. lol lol
