I felt like this during the summer holidays , when my family went to Auckland for a holiday. I hadn't done as much fitness as I usually did leading up the trip and the end result was that I felt like throwing up at 6am in the morning. I didn't throw up but I felt all dizzy and only felt better until I went for a shower , then went for a run later in the day and had a healthy dinner before bed.
So why don't you try having a shower before bed , do more exercise and don't drink milk or any of that stuff before bed , so that there isn't anything in your gut?
Good luck.

I am not sure what is causing it, but I suggest sleeping propped up with some pillows. Hopefully this will help keep the acid down. Keep some water by your bed too, to help with the dry mouth. You could be dehydrated. Maybe that's not the whole problem, but it wouldn't help anything either. Keeping hydrated is always a good thing. I hope this helps.

i think you must consult a doctor for that..
its very scary to any sleeping disorders...
hope you'll get well soon.. :)
