Usually a power project costs millions of dollars and provides millions of watts of electric power.
There are new "green generation" technologies similar to harnessing geothermal energy to become electricity. Companies like Ormat (Israel) and Electratherm (US) are alrady recovering investments made in "waste heat" power plants.
Unlike conventional thermal plants, that use coal or bunker oil, these green power plants use natural heat such as the heat of the sun or of the Earths magma network.
What can we do? We can build a plant using tested technology. The US government is giving grants for research, I think this idea will ultimately fall under the "top priority category" Why? it provide power at a time when oil drilling firms are switching to dangerous parts to drill for oil [ re: BP oil spill in Gulf Mexico Apr 2010]
I am in Metro Manila Philippines. I would be glad to travel anywhere on the planet to take part in building these plants that an generate from tens of Kilowatts to hundreds of megawatts...
What do you think?

That is a good idea because as of our current state of electricity power needs are increasing becoming more and more expensive where just this last few months, our electricity power provider has increased their bill due to some miscellaneous reasons on their project cost. I suggest that you pursue on your said project and I sure that you will be successful in the near future.

Thanks for your views hisoka147.
I am trying to find a citizen of the US that may qualify for a research grant. Though I am not sure it will fall under research since it is about putting together a system that is commercially tested.
Perhaps we could work together to offer this to an American investor or an American grantee-to be?
What do you think?

Okay I will gladly try to offer my help but in the part of searching a US citizen qualified to grant such research project as I do not have the knowledge about such technological stuff. I know some social communities where I am currently active and I will try to tell them about this idea of yours.
