What bug do you hate the most?

The worst bug I guess is the bedbug. It is very itchy and it sucks your blood while you sleep. Ewwww! Bedbugs are like tiny vampires and they multiply very fast. I remember when I was young and cheap moviehouses were in every corner of the town. People get bedbugs from these dingy moviehouses and bring them to their homes. Ewww....really itchy and when you try to squeeze them or kill them with your finger, the blood smells really bad.

I hate earwigs and any type of beetle. (ladybugs are not beetles :) ) I don't know why; they just gross me out. Their weird shells that crunch when you step on them, earwigs have their ugly, creepy pinchers and stuff. And stink bug beetles stink. And holy crap if they fly at you that is the most horrific thing ever!! My favorite bug is a cricket by the way. They are so cute and non-evil. lol.

I expect that here in the Uk we are very lucky as to the fact that we don't have as many bugs and creepy crawlies as a lot of countries do in the world. One insect I don't like (if it IS an insect) is the moth. I hate the way that they flutter about your face and I have those big fat ugly hairy ones!! YUK But the insect which get's me most annoyed is the wasp. As soon as our weather gets nice (if it decides that it will for a change) and you are sat out enjoying a picnic or a barbecue, there it is trying to get its share of food and drink. Actually i is not so much the wasp I detest but the stupid recations some people have towards them. If they DO sting, it's hardly that painful, and these people who trow their arms about and run make themselves more likely to be stung anyway!! Rant over

What bug do I hate most? MOSQUITOES. Honestly , I'm such a sissy when they're around. I can squash spiders and cockroaches but I can't even get near Mosquitoes. It's just that they're so disgusting. When I look at them close up, I can see the blood they've stolen from people and animals, which just makes me feel sick and scared that I might get bitten. Mosquitoes also make this really irritating and spine chilling whine when they fly about. When I'm sleeping , if I hear a mosquito whine , I turn on the light and search for it and then get a big broom to hit it with. AHHH. I want them to become extinct!

There is one bug that makes me shudder just thinking about it. That would be the maggots or anything resembling maggots. I hate the squirmy gross little things. I don't mind earth worms or caterpillars at all but maggots get to me along with meal worms. I just can't stand them at all.

I felt very itchy while I was reading your discussion and got the creepy crawlies. I hate all bugs except the butterfly. The bug I hate the most would have to be those which fall under the category of having stingers like wasps for instance. I will literaly do a dance if I know it's coming after me and I swear it feels my fear and is terrorizing me. I can't stand the buzzing noise it makes or when they sneak up behind me. My hubby laughs at me when I freak out and sometimes he even pushes me closer to it to amuse himself which I feel that's so cruel! I just want to hit him when he does things like that. I work with this girl who hates Junebugs too and she freaks out just the same as you do if not worse. When she use to work nightshifts with me, we would go out for a smoke and there would be a couple of them in the parking lot lurking around under the lights. Gross! Take care

Bugs i will tolerate and kill them, when possible. It's spiders that i can't stand. If they weren't so ugly, with 8 legs, then maybe i'll reconsider.

Im not usually bothered by bugs and I cant think of one bug that I KNOW of that scares me not even spiders. I actually keep spiders around for the reason that they eat bugs. its the bugs that I dont know that are scary for me,because I have no clue what they do, where they come from. what they eat or if their poisoness and its human nature to be scared of the unknown.

Ugh. I can't stand waterbugs. They come out to my apartment every summer here in NY and I get completely freaked and grossed out. I cannot stand when they climb on the wall or try to walk next to a person. It's just totally nasty!!

personally almost all bugs...insects...whatever. so it be easier to say which ones are "cute" caterpillars, ladybugs, rolly-pollies. everything else is gross anytime im outdoors and start seeing to many critters of my liking i get very uncomfortable and with spiders its an instant fear/disgust

The bug I hate the most are bed bugs.I recently found out I have them in my apartment,because some scumbag lived here .It's a one bedroom and the person had ten people here.I found out they come in your house when y6ou live over crowded.These people were very dirty.I wondered why I had a couple of bites on me everyday,I noticed them after I woke up.I abandoned my bed room over it.I went around cleaning the heck oout of everything.I have to tell my landlord,even though he probably won't do anything about it.There are alot of bugs that repuilse me.I hate cockroaches and silverfish.silverfish,is the thousand legged bug that runs aroud the house ,they are attracted to dampness.My daughter,if she thinks there's a bug on her ,she runs around the house and will throw her shirt off.She freaks out over them.

There are very few bugs that I really can stomach. Mosquitoes is the worst of them all. They are annoying things that bite you at the drop of the hat. Not to mention, that there is a fear that you could get disease by coming into contract with these pesky little pests. Not all that pleasant for sure. The fact is that even bug spray will only eliminate the risk most of the time. There are some times where it might not be good enough. Also flies in general are annoying. They tend to sneak into the house and buzz around. The fact is unless you are quick on the draw, they are hard to swat. Not to mention they sure love to perch on my computer screen and cause me some torment that way. So yes, those are nasty little pests as well. The fact is when I seem to kill one, at least three more seem to spawn. It is truly annoying.
