Am i happy?

happiness. I never find something that makes me happy. happiness is hard to find. very sad if I can not find happiness. now this is what I do is create happiness, not to seek happiness. I always do what makes me happy. will make me more happy than me to find happiness.

so can happy as long as you want. because being happy is a choice, not when you get the stuff you want. I call it the true happiness:)

It is said that happiness is a state of mind. Will a hungry man with so much to drink be happy to receive a lot to drink? Will a thirsty man with so much to eat be happy to receive a lot to eat? Perhaps in the same way we are happy only when what we yearn for is given to us... If we yearn to please our selves, we will end up unhappy. If we yearn to please other people, we will end up unhappy. But if we yearn to be an instrument of giving, then perhaps our interest in the pursuit of happiness becomes secondary, or even becomes forgotten... What do you think?

We can be happy all year long and all life long if we want to, I think there is happiness in everything and we have to find it out, even if there is a sadness we have to find positive things in it and then be happy to be able to go through new challenges of life which make us very strong and prepare us for further issues in life.
