If you could meet a historical personality, who would it be?

hi, i belive that every once in a while, everyone has a hankering of meeting someone from the past, someone maybe who was far in the timeline ,like the starting of A.D, or someone whose life ended more recently, just in the 21st centuary.You could also relate to that person throgh a timeline, or more literally, as in your family, so who would you like to meet from the past, if you could? A family member, some historical guy or what...

Nice discussion, I would really like to meet two people from history First I would like to meet Thomas Alva Edison, and Second one is our Father of nation Mahatma Gandhiji. I would like to meet these two people because Thomas Alva Edison has invented many things without even studying in school. I want to meet Mahatma Gandhiji because he has made revolution in India and his thoughts was really daring, he was votary of truth and non-violence. I want to ask him that how you got such a courage to speak truth at every sentence?
