Weight loss because i need to

so what are some things i need to consider i exercise and drink plenty of water. But what else? i know salads and i know i need to maintain how much salad dressing am using.. and whats a good number of sodium in take?

Aerobic exercise is best for weight loss, make sure you sweat good. When you say plenty of water, I hope you mean a good 3 to 4 quarts a day. 2 if you are not exercising that day.
Protein foods are best, right after a work out, nuts and other things like that. Whole grains are very important. Complex carbs, contain more longer lasting energy.
Go to your local health store, check out what they have that could be interesting to try, irish steel cut oats for breakfast, millet with lunch, brown or red rice, quinoa, there are so many things to consider. Experiment choose what works best for you.

How about some B vitiams. They are very important to weight loss. I always take my vitiams. Also,you might try giving up dairy. Milk, and its products are the most laden with fat. Salt sould be avoided. Try Mrs. Dash, for seasoning, they are great. and good luck to you

Hi my tip would be eat whatever you want just eat half the portion you do now. And keep going for a month. If you have a way use the indoor bike and watch the tv at the same time that way time will fly and calories two. In one hour i use up 500+ calories. Good luck!
