Summer Vacction

I live in a very hot and sunny country so I pretty much know how to protect myself from the sun. What I do is: first, after I take a bath, I put on whitening lotion of spf, or whenever I have to get under the sun for a long time, like going swimming at the beach, I put on sunblock (not just once, but most of the time, whenever I feel the sunblock has fade away. I also wear jacket/longsleves whenever under the sun and removes it when I get to the house/building. Sometimes I use umbrella. And just prevent myself from getting under the sun.
