Have you tried Storyville Coffee yet? I think I finally found the right recipe for me. The first few times I tried to make a pot it was really strong and I didn't like it at all. The kit came with two different preparation instructions, both of which I didn't like. I am now using a little less than 1/4 cup of beans to 6 cups of water and it's not too bad, but not the best coffee I've ever had either. I had a taste test with some friends and they really didn't like it all that much either.
