Associated Content hel?

Hi guys. Recently, i've been thinking about associated content,but they say they only pay to verified paypal accoutns. Has anyone else out there tried cashing out with an unverified paypal account? If so, what has happened? Or am I reading their payment policy wrong? Confirmed paypal account... confirmed with them or with paypal (like verified account)?
