which one would like? how would you like it prepared? which do you find most delightful and tasteful?? Also which do you least like or hate??

Hello,
I have never been to a restaurant that has had goat on the menu. What does it taste similar to ie. chicken, beef, etc.
It does not sound very good to me , but like I said I have never tried it.
Goats milk , yes, but not actual goat.
I am a great lover of chicken, believe me I could eat chicken everyday. I am always willing to taste new food. Nothing ventured , nothing gained.
