A black hole is an area of infinite potential. It is at the center of a forming solar system. Because there is infinite potential particles cannot exist there.

Somehow I feel that the person is wrong.Blackholes are corpses of stars which haunts the universe next to it.It sucks in gases from neighboring stars,nebulas etc,because of it's infinitely strong gravitational pull.The strong gravity is caused due to the Iron inside it,which has been compressed to nothingness.
