Legalization of marijuana

I was just wondering what everybody here thinks about the legalization of marijuana in the united states. Looking at all of the pros and cons.. PROS: tax money, better product, not having to smoke in fear, ease of getting, less accidents due to drinking, more people would move from smoking cigarettes. CONS: people would try to legalize other drugs, people would probably smoke and drive. All they have to do to fix the smoking and driving problem is make a law for DUI with pot. What do you guys think?
