Bad choices

This one gave me a good laugh. A teen age boy called his neighbor and told him, he had found his stolen truck and that he wanted to bring it by. When the boy got to the house with the stolen truck he asked the owner for a reward for finding the truck. Before the man could respond the police arrived and arrested the boy for stealing the truck, they had a witness who had seen him do it. This kid not only had poor judgement but terrible luck also. Want to guess if he learned anything?

Tsk,tsk, tsk....I'm not sure if he was just playing naive or simply stupid but it was a bad choice of profession and was a bad move.lol
He will never learn from that experience because he'd only think that it was a matter of luck and timing. For sure, given another chance he will do it again.:-)

I am shaking my head. Was that desperation I saw? It's too bad that a teen had to resort to something like that. I wonder how he was brought up? I agree that he definitely had poor judgement. I hope that he did learn something from his mistake. But I also pray that he wouldn't be discouraged to try to do something positive about his present circumstance.

Did they X-ray that boy to see if he had a brain? Because I think he's seriously lacking in grey matter!! I've heard of people stealing things and returning them for the reward but not many succeed.

Hey pat! I guess dumb is dumb no matter how you look at it!
I am laughing, but I shouldn't be! This kid is beyond stupid!
He steals the truck and calls to bring it back and ask for
a reward? It just isn't even possible that he learned anything
or even understood why he was arrested? Doh?

Oh my, what an idiotic thing to do! I hope that he will look back on this one day with shame and embarrassment and not spend his life trying to think of more hare brain schemes that will inevitably land him in jail time and time again!

Hehehe that boy learned from what he done.
He knows what he did then he will suffer the consequence.
He is not the owner then pretending that he owns it and then
return to the owner and asking a reward . Oh what a silly
boy so far , might be he is not in normal mind why he do
or just for fun for him to be shy. So that's a very good
lesson out of the things he did to his neighbor. He is just
making things for his own destruction and shyness.

I would guess no, he didn't learn anything. If he was stupid enough to take it in the first place, and then return it for the reward. This is as bad as the story about the kids stealing the go cart, popping a tire on it behind the place where the original owner worked and then going and asking for thier go cart back the next day.

Dangerous job that kid has. And he worked for nothing on that day lol.
I think some kids have too much time on their hands.
