As we grow older health issues starts to come in whether you like it or not. Aging is certainly part of life. Maintaining our weight by having a healthy habit like exercise prevents our body system to deteriorate. For instance, when you sweat, it tends to decrease the risk of you acquiring diabetes. So for all of us who want to live longer exercise and workout is a necessity. What time do you prefer to do your healthy habit? Am or pm? For me, I prefer to do it in the morning because of the breeze and the full amount of energy that I acquired from sleeping. Also, it hones our discipline in dozing off early for us to be able to catch the sunrise. Perfect morning indeed.

I prefer the morning but for me it will be before I go to sleep since I work at a night shift. Usually I will jog then take a rest have something to eat then sleep. When I don't have work I will exercise when I wake up, that will be in the afternoon. I will do some weights.

I think it is better to do the exercise in the morning because after one night sleep our body needs to wake up with some exercise. fisafat

I have got diabetes. I have inherited it from my dad. it sucks to have an illness at a very young age. i am injecting insulin twice a day, one before breakfast and one before supper. my diabetologist advised me to do regular exercises. i have just started yesterday. good thing, we have got a gym here at our condominium. i had a 30 minute cardio exercise. i feel energized and revitalized after the workout.. will be raiding the gym again tom with hubby :)

I would definitely go for an evening jog or playing a sport in the evening, just before dinner. I have always trouble sleeping at night so if I do some straining exercise, it would be easier for me to sleep. Besides, because of my sleeping habits, I rarely have time in the morning as most of my classes are in the morning. I wake up early just to get to class and I almost always have no time for a morning jog

MORNING IS THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE! =) its like stretching before swimming.. you won't be able to perform good if you won't do it before the activity.. same with morning exercise, if you do this, you won't feel tired or lazy with your work on the afternoon.. i usually do jogging on the mountains.. i do it with my friend.. i don't only get physical fitness, but also my brain works because of chatting and sharing ideas with my friend.. =)

Me too prefer to exercise in the morning to feel the breeze which I think not so polluted yet. I feel weak If I can't take exercise even 3X a week. I have a hypertension so I'll take only walking outside or in treadmill to produce sweat.

I think its not necessarily in the morning nor in the after as the good time for an exercise cause there are many people around me who exercises and they do it in the morning and some do it in the afternoon or most of the time in the evening. I think its depends on the available time. The most important thing is that you are able to exercise.

I would prefer exercising in the morning. I think, the air is more fresh then. There are less people. Also, you have more energy since you just woke up. Exercise in the morning can also help jumpstart your body for working throughout the day. However, in my case, because of my work, I cannot exercise in the morning. Or actually, I'd rather sleep than exercise. Hehehe.

Exercise is really a must for the body, specially if your really getting old but exercising at a young age is still the best to maintain not healthy body but a fit one that can help you fight sickness. I prefer Taking exercises in the morning it's the best time to set a person's mind and body. If we do exercises in the afternoon it might probably make us feel more haggard. I usually jog in the morning and do curl ups as an exercise. As the sun rises you can acquire vitamins good for the skin too

i also prefer doing my routine in the morning. Yah right, we need to move our body most of the time as we grow older. Illnesses are right on our way as we journey the road to growing old. There is a need for us to be aware that keeping a healthy lifestyle always generates a positive result. So let's keep moving those muscles and be ready to feel young even as we reach our golden years!

Exercise should be done both morning and afternoon regardless of your age because it promotes good blood circulation, good respiratory condition, healthy digestion and long life. According to bible our body is considered as a temple of god so we should really take care of it.

I prefer morning. A lot of times, though I don't get that option, because of my schedule. So, I end up exercising in the afternoon or early evening.

I think it's always best to excercise in the morning for some people who usually work during the afternoon. It will help keep you energetic plus it will boost yoru brain function and make the person less tired.. If you work in the night, I would recommend working out in the afternoon. At least a light arobic workout, since our body tends to get extremely ired in the afternoon
