Good Morning friends.
I have been very very successful in running the forum, based on php bulletin board software. It is on since the past 30 days.
And, the magic part of it is, I have learnt about this just two months before!
Further, I am a total dummy in software, web designing, php, web hosting, etc
If I am able to operate and run a forum, every one of you can do better
So, please post your requirements, and I will suggest you how to go about.
Let us make this discussion to be a reference point for those interested in this idea.
