Cute bird

cutest little fella - not sure what kind of bird this is but I do know that it belongs to the bluejay family

what do you guys think of this bird. I think it is the cutest thing but I think they attack people. I saw some at school being shown off by the wild life activist and they had some of the birds chained up lol
