I love my dog Princess. She is the smartest, most wonderful dog ever. But something about her behavior kinda makes me curious. She likes to lick me. like my legs, my feet, and ofcourse my face. Sometimes I find myself trying to get away from her obsessive licking. I'm not sure what to do. Does it have some kind of meaning? What does mylot think?

Dogs just can't talk. It's their way to express their love to their master. To make it short, its their to say 'I love you!' But don't let your dog lick to your wounds. Their saliva may contain rabies and its fatal.

She likes to lick your feet ew! lol, I think though I'm not real sure about dog behaviour but I think its probably normal because most animals like to sniff and lick things sometimes people too, my pet cat is always licking things and sometimes he licks my hand or arm its a bit wired but like I said it's likely normal for most animals.

That is her way of showing her love for you. My pet also does that and I allow her but I avoid her when she tries to lick me on my face. As long as she is a clean dog and protected there is no harm provided you like it but many don't and that will be a sad thing for your pet!

i think is natural for a dog to lick his/her master if he/she likes it too much..
in your case your lucky to be close to your pet..
you must be happy that your Dog is making you laughed and happy..
there's no problem with the licking it's their sign of love..
so be happy about that.. :)
