Has anyone tried out SRS bux? is it legit or a scam?

i bumped to this site a while ago when i was viewing ads on a ptc site, it caught my attention when i read that there are no minimum payouts. When i tried it, then request for a payout, the actual minimum payout is 10 cents. If anyone wants to try it, its on my profile, just wonderin if its a scam, the site is very new, still low amount of members.
