Is SRSbux.com a scam site or not?

from my experience i never trust a site which used buxhost script, i have join 5 of them and reach minimum payout 2 times in one site but never got any payment and all of them turn out to be scum. But at least you can try out this one without investing, but what i do not understand is that why one guy is posting his 1st payment 5 times and some of the link to the payment proof does not exist!! hmm
