most people wonder why there are few people who loves to stay and work in a library. and they often think that librarians are strict. we are not strict, we are just use to keep our silence and do work. we love to serve the clients. give them the information they need. i really love being a librarian. i find it very fascinating to sit down and read those books of different knowledge. for me the line that says " the more we know, the more we realize we know nothing". because everyday looking at those vast collections of knowledge and information i came to realize how very little i have in mind. also i love the silence i have in the library. but i want a more interactive librarian life. i want to try to explore what i need to know so i could serve my clients with the best they deserve.

That's very inspiring... I have same perspectives about being a librarian. From the day I engaged myself with the endeavors of a librarian's life, I came to realize the beauty of silence behind my work. It's indeed a fulfilling silence! Very rewarding!

oh. lucky to have been in a dream-job.
i was so very jealous of all the librarians that I used to see from my childhood days. They have access to all the wonderful books. They can read as many as they want, without having to give a cent for reading.
and, the serenity and silence, which is a reflection of all the KNOWLEDGE and RICH AROMA of books... you are very lucky.

My sister would really love your topic because she is the one who really loves book in our family. I used to go to in the library when I am still studying in college. I do my researched there and study because it's ideal place. The library is full of books of knowledge and I can appreciate the silence.
I also love reading daily newspaper in the Library. I think we must encourage the younger generation to embrace reading as part of their growing up. If they will read a lot of books their mind will open to a limitless possibilities.
