What can be termed as a Good Discussion?

Is it just the number of responses we get for a discussion? I feel like even the numbers aren't much getting more descriptive and simple opinions is which matters most ....

It is as good as two people having a conversation and enjoying it. Its spontaneous.Its natural.Its complimentary,informative,useful,sans criticism and anger and without any overt and covert messages.
