When i feel bad, eating is a good depression management for me hehehehehe...i love eating when i feel bad and low. i love sweets. it keeps me up and feel better.

we need to eat to make our feelings or situation worst. so we need to still eat "feeling good" foods. at least we truly love ourselves to try to look for ways for us to feel better.

Hello my friend its the same thing with me, I love to eat sweets such chocolate and ice cream, but those were the foods that I only eat the rest become tasteless. Well it does makes us feel better and good every time we eat sweet foods. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

hello :),
i personally eat all the time...when i am in good moods and bad moods i just love food. but ive noticed when im really down in the dumps i wont eat for days...and i lose weight fast! which is gross since im only 98 pounds :x i didnt eat for 3 days once and weighed like 89...gross :(

Wow! that can be really scary since you lose that much weight in just 3 days. I also don't like eating when I feel bad but never I achieve that weight lose for just three days. Often times I lose around 3-5 kilos. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

I am the type who eats less when upset. I tend not to eat at all if no one says anything to me about it. I just don't get hungry, my sister is the opposite. If she is upset everything in the house becomes fair game. Even foods she doesn't like she will eat just to eat. At times she will even make herself sick which I cannot understand doing as I hate being sick personally. My way is not much better really, but I also tend to drink a lot when upset mattering on how bad the hurt the harder the drink. If it is little things I become a hot tea addict. The heat soothes me. When big things happen like when I lost our baby half way through the pregnancy I drank whisky as though my life depended on it. Again not a great choice but it's what i did, also not a great choice when not eating much if anything...lol, lucky for me I do hate getting sick and never got to a point of throwing up for that fact only.

Ah, we are the same, I think we didn't get hungry because we are more focused on other things. You know sometimes I think that its better that I don't like eating when I feel bad because if I am on the contrary I might real feel bad since I gain weight.lol Yeah, its good that you drink lots of water even if you didn't eat much, that will surely helps. I am less likely to eat when I feel bad. When I am feeling depressed or sick I hardly eat anything at all. But when I am bored I eat A LOT.

Well when I am depressed I only like to eat chocolates and when I am sick I don't like eating at all, I guess its just the same thing with others. Yeah, when we are bored we tend to eat a lot, some tend to sit down watching television while eating.lol Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Based on responses of my discussions lots of people were like you who don't like eating when they feel bad, that's why lots of people who lose weight after they gone through with break up and troubles.lol Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Yeah, I agree with you. It's the same thing with my friend. Me, I don't feel like eating everytime I feel bad and more likely focused on the things that makes me feel bad which is not good because I tend to overlook my health. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

usually, when I feel bad for myself or others, I just stop eating. I can not eat anymore anything when somebody is in trouble. it is not a healthy habbit but I just feel so bad and sad and blue that my appetite vanishes. what can I do? I eat just to survive even if there are no problems in my life. lots of time I am concentrated to do my work and I have so many things to do that I complete forgeting to eat something. when I start feeling sick, I know the main reason. the lack of food.
