You have to really take care of your eyes! I think they're giving you signals that you're overdoing things. Something similar happens to me when I work too long. I get a migraine and I start seeing white spots as if I've stared at the sun too long. What I do is I try taking a nap in a dark room for a couple of hours until I feel normal again.
Maybe you should also lessen the time you spend in front of the computer? If you can't do that, I suggest you buy an anti-UV screen filter to put in front of your monitor screen. Hope this helps!

take a rest. if you can't avoid working in front of the computer, take a rest and look at anything that is green in color and stretch your arms and legs every 15 minutes. you may also close your eyes as long as you take some break every 15 minutes. i don't really use eye dropper so i can't share anything about that. eat healthy foods especially those rich in vitamin a. have eough sleep so your eyes can rest longer.

the color green relaxes our eyes. doctors advise people to look at anything that is green to relax our eyes...my mom tells me and my brother to use sun glasses when in front of the computer. she says it lessens the radiation but i never did it...hehehehehe

Take small breaks each time, and look away from the screen every 10-15 minutes or so. If you need to concentrate on the PC for long, since you mention 12 hours per day, you are going to have to force your eyes for intermittent breaks from the screen. That's important to make the eyes rest and relax for a bit.
Another good tip is to get a damp cloth and dab gently over the areas of your eyes. I've done this so far and it helps because of the cooling effect. Then, at home while relaxing, you can use those tips like cucumbers over the eyes and stuff like that.

The eye is a very important organ in our body. You should not neglect and disregard the fact that it needs to be taken care of.
Rest first. Don't force it. If I were you, i'll minimize the use of pc and other activities that might strain further the nerves in my eyes.
Don't just take medications or apply anything on your eyes without the doctor's prescription. It might do more harm than good. Seek an opthalmologist advise first.
I hope all things will be well with you...

Hi nehmer,
12 hours is not normal. You should give your eyes importance because even if you have so much money, you cannot restore your normal visibility. I would not advise you to take droplets because there are chemicals in it. Try to rest your eyes for at least one day. You do not want to wear glasses all your life when you turn 40 right?
If it cannot be prevented, see an eye specialist first before buying something to protect your eyes, they will know what is right for you.
Give it rest dude. =)

I suggest you use a special pair of eyeglasses meant to protect the eyes from radiation. You can also buy something to cover your monitor so you can minimize the radiation from hurting your eyes. Also, take vitamin A to strengthen your eyes. You can get plenty of Vitamin A from tomatoes.

Here are some precautions you must take if you are working for extended hours on your PC.
1) Set up your workstation at a place where you do not have to strain your eyes to view it.
2) Take minimum five minutes break every little while by looking away from the computer monitor.
3) Close your eyes occasionally to give your eyes a little rest.
4) Sit away from the monitor at a comfortable distance. I think 20 to 26 inches should be more comfortable. Monitor should be slightly below the eye level.
5) Create an optimum viewing angle. Tilt it slightly to a 10 or 20 degrees.
6) Ensure that the screen is clean free of dust and fingerprint marks.
7) Sit on an adjustable chair.
8) Use fonts large enough so that you do not have to strain your eyes to read them.
9) Ensure there is proper lighting in the room.
10) Adjust the brightness and contrast to suit your viewing. The glare should not be too much.
11) Last but not the least Choose video displays that are not green in color to prevent this vision problem from occurring.

Put on eye coolers on your computer's monitor and wear protective eye gears for your eyes. Do not prolong yourself staring the monitor.
You can also put an indoor plant inside your room and watch the green leaves of such plant. It will minimize eye stress. You can also take rest. Take a vacation. It will help you.

You should learn how to take care of your health. It's not good to work and work and give yourself no break. You have to take a rest and make sure you consult an opthalmologist. But for awhile, you can rest your eyes by having enough sleep and try to look unto green things. This will relax your eyes. Just don't stare at green things for a long time. Hope that helps!

I think you should take a rest for a few days. Drink fruit and vegetables juice. Go to the park to look a green plan. It can refresh your vision. If you still don not feel good, go consult to a doctor to get a treatment. if you have recovered, you can use anti-radiation glasses, with these glasses, you can reduce the effect of radiation from your computer. Don't be to long in front of computer and also eat vitamin that contain supplement that needed by your eyes. I hope you will better soon.

You look pretty young. I am sure you aren ot losing your eyesight. maybe you should take a break from the computer every once in a while; if you do, how long are your breaks away from the monitor? I would suggest to get at least 15-20 minutes.. Walk around a bit, stretch out, relax your eyes, just close them for a little while and count to 10. I hope that helps!

You are working everyday for 12 hours straight? that is really bad on your eyes. Actually i experience having irritated eyes since I got to experience using computer for 8 hours. Your eyes is in danger and you have to rest it. If you are force to work for everyday, then you need to lessen the use of computer. We can say minimize it for 8 hours if you can. don't over used your eyes because it might be the cause of total blindness. when your eyes are tired you use eyedropper and your rest for a while.

Nowhere to go, stay at home, in order to avoid accidents. If you have a computer or television, be sure to stay away from them. To look out the window of the mountains or buildings, they can adjust to you eye. Find a clever ophthalmologist, so that he prescribe some medication for you to eat. Drink plenty of water, plenty of rest. Do not try too much, take it easy, my dear friend.

I actually face the computer more than 12 hours a day to explore ways to earn money online. I guess my eyesight is also deteriorating but I don't think taking a week's break would help. It's better to have regular breaks if possible. I usually tend to take a nap in the afternoon as well.

You seem pretty young and as if you are able to handle it. I don't think you will lose your eyesight. Maybe you should just take a break from the computer every oncei n a while. If you do take a break away from the screen, how long are they for?
