Hi Friends,
Well i like to share the information that i have read today morning in daily newspaper. Drink water before going to bed, because it will reduce the chances of stroke at midnight. We have seen many peoples getting stroke and this is because of scarcity of water on their bodies. So drink more water. Have a long life.

Hi i know that drinking 6-7 glasses of water is good to health but , i'm not familiar with this fact . Altogether drinking lots of water is always good for us in many ways ......... thank you for sharing this life saving tip with others .
even water flushes out toxins and excess salt from our bodies and keeps us healthy.

i really can't sleep if i haven't drink water before sleeping and also, i have to put a glass of water beside my bed at night, i don't know why, but whenever i don't do this, i feel so thirsty. i thinks it's some kind of psychological effect.. LOL..
water is really good to drink before bedtime, it has effects on our body when we sleep because our mind is too busy at night..

Yeah,, I always do that. I always make sure to brush my teeth and drink 1-2 cups of water before going to bed. Its a routine that is a must for me...Hehehhe
I advice you all to drink water everytime, not only before going to sleep. Its best also to drink water before and after eating..

Yeah, I tend to fill up my 1.5 litres water bottle daily and drink the whole bottle by the end of the day. Although I may not drink the last few sips of water before I sleep, the total water intake should be sufficient to keep me healthy.

because it hot right now because it's summer..
even though you are sleeping you still sweat so remember to have a load of water before going to sleep so you will not wake up 3:00 am just to drink water..

Yes, I drink more water, but most of it is during the day especially first thing in the morning. I will drink a smaller glass of water before going to be, but it is not a great deal because I like to avoid being awakened in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom! _Derek

I have learnt over the years about the benefits of drinking lots of water and I have noticed positive changes especially in my skin since I have been making the effort to drink at least eight glasses each morning. I don’t drink just before bed because I hate having to get up to go to the bathroom during the night but the first thing I drink when I get up in the morning is water.

Many people doesn't like to drink water at night because of sweating and going to bathroom at midnight. But there will be the constant blood flow and our heart rates remain to be constant at any time.

Yes, you are right. I also drink water before going to bed and also keep water by my bed side. Just avoid heavy water intake right before bed to avoid midnight trips. my dad cant help but drink milk before sleeping. is that good for him? but anyway i might tell him to at least try. i dont know if he agrees though. i will do it myself then for my own good. thnx

Doctors have advised to drink milk before going to bed. I doesn't know, how it help for us. But Milk is the healthy nutrition drink we have. Drinking excess milk also lead to trouble.

Really?But some people say that you should drink much water before going to bed,or else,your eyes will get swollen the next morning,especially for the young ladies.
But,I think it's better to drink some water before going to bed for the old,just like what you said,which would reduce the chane od stroke at mednight.We all need a long life to enjoy,hehe

Well, i have never heard that drinking excess water will lead to trouble. But anyway there will be something happen when we drink more water. Try to drink atleast minimum of a glass before going to bed.

Being fat, try to drink hot water in empty stomach at every morning have a limited food at correct time. Mostly drink fresh juices. It will help to maintain our strength. You will realize the effects of hot water after three months.

Though I try to make sure that I drink plenty of water throughout the day, I don't drink water right before I go to bed because I absolutely hate having to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I had to do enough waking up during the night to pee while I was pregnant with my children and that is honestly something that I would rather not have to do again because I like to be able to lay down and sleep throughout the night.

Yes friend i drink adequate water, whenever i feel thirsty, before going bed i drink a glassful of milk followed by water, i keep a bottle of water near me, this i need around 3am, after i pee,,,

Yeah, I usually drink because I always thought that when the body sleeps it heals up illnesses, pimples and stuff so with water it should perform best!
