I like to work on the net and I spend almost two hours in the net. But recently I started having eyes strain and severe headache. I have no idea what to do. I do have to work on the net because of financial problem. What can I do in such circumstances?

I would visit a good eye doctor it may be you require glasses to help reduce the strain if not then simply take small breaks when you can.
I have a severe blindness in one eye and the eyesight in the other is not too good I wear glasses but any amount of concentrain would give the best eyes strain so just break when you can you only get one pair of eyes after all.

I face the same experience and found that the only way to recover is to be devoid of any activity including having the eyes open. It's true that I need to do more but not at the cost of my health. At least an hour of relaxation will be fine and there's no other medication that can accrue my vigor. In fact its the most efficient way I could think of.

Dear Velentina,
I sometimes do have headaches and strains on my head. I can suggest you to do a therapy which certainly help you out from this. Have you ever heard of Pranayam, which is quite popular in India and many foreign countries. In this therapy you need to close one of your nostril with your finger & take breathe or air from the other, after that just do the opposite i.e.the breathed air should be blown out from the first nostril & again take in the air and breathe out from the other.
You can search this on net or even find out the correct procedure from You Tube.In India Baba Ramdev is the pivot of this yoga therapy. You will certainly find this on You Tube(type Pranayam by Baba Ramdev)This will definitely help you & it costs nothing.Within 5-10 minutes you will be relieved because I remember one night at 1'0 clock in my hostel,I had severe headache & there was no medicine left out.So instantly I had done pranayam and was relieved. So I mostly recommend it to others too(I hope yours is not a serious case)

Try enlarging the text on your screen and placing a lamp by your monitor to increase lighting. Talk to your eye doctor and see if perhaps your prescription needs adjusting or if he has any thoughts on what could be causing the eye strain and headaches.

If You really have to work on the net, probably You will work more than just two hours per day!!
As for having a head ache... It might be the problem within eyes and a lack of quality, that is- the need of glasses. Also always look after the environment around the laptop: it must have a fresh air, enough light and the monitor must be at the appropriate distance from its user.
