How do you reflash a chinese netbook with windows ce 6?

I have been piddling around with a netbook and i can't seem to get into anything on this netbook. I updated it and I got everything wiped out on it. I am piddling around with that easypc linux, android and windows ce 6 r3. everything claims not a windows ce application and won't install anything. It's just a plain pain in the nose. Any information would be good. Thank you so much.
