In fact those that suggest the soul 'sits' somewhere merely show that they have misunderstood the nature of soul. in suggesting that the soul is situated in a particular location they treat it like a physical object
all the best urban

to me the soul would be psyche.. feelings, etc.. and is how we are "in the image of God" and not merely matter.

I have heard this but I have also heard that the seat of all consciousness comes from the frontal lobe, the pineal gland, that religious experiences are derived from a magnetic distortion int he brain and on and on. Maybe we don't even have a brain maybe we are all just programs inside of the matrix and don't realize we aren't even physical we are just a computer on some great network.

As a practicing Yogi for over 30 years I think your study is flawed! Neither I nor any of my Fellows have hear of this study. Had it been valid, it would have made the "Best Seller" list. Any Saint or Yogi worth his Salt, would not be interested in conducting such a dumb-a$$ study!

I do not know about any studies. This is what I do know for a fact. We are all spiritual beings in our true natures. We are attached to our physical bodies after birth at the point when long term memories are possible. The connection between our spiritual self and our physical bodies is in the brain. Whatever studies come out are wrong if they vary too far from what I said.
