What do you do for dinner? I have rediscovered my crockpot. Until then, I hit a drive-thru at least 4 nights a week. The rest of the week, it was canned soup or a microwave dinner.

My hubby doesn't like the crockpot. So, I do the old fashion thing, I cook from scratch. Homemade breads by kneeding, fresh veggies grilled, deserts from scratch. I will make all different kinds of dishes. Wok, baked, fried, you name it. I love to cook and bake. I rated you a +++ for another fine posting. Thank you.

Crock Pot - Crock pot cooking
I always cook something quick for dinner. A meat and some veggies. The crockpot is a wonderful thing to have yes. I usually cook as much meat as possible on Sunday that will last until Friday the next week then just add the vegetables, get the kind you can steam in the microwave. Be careful with the new crockpot meals, they are very good and easy to prepare but they are full of sodium, hence salt and will add the weight to you quickly!

Having a family I try to fix good meals. I want to get a crockpot but have a family that eats alot and I have not found one that is large enough. What size do you have? Have you thought of making your own tv dinners? I do that for my husbands lunches. We are trying to eat out less to save money. Have you tried the new crockpot meals from the store?
