Have you ever had a really weird dream that seemed like reality?

I had been staying with friends. I had just moved into their home and was settlig down for a relaxing evening of tv. My friends husband had control of the tv remote, which I didn't mind. Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep. All things were good until I began dreaming of this house that I was in. The only rooms of the house that I had seen were the living room, dining room and kitchen. All three rooms were combined as one, except that you had to step down into the kitchen and dining room. I believe I was there babysitting for other children, because there was no one else in the room, but people were there at that house. The kids had left a few toys on the floor. I was begining to pick them up and put them where they belong when I felt this strange presence in the room. All of a sudden, this little toy began rolling back and forth across the room on the floor. I became very afraid and told the entity to leave. The toy was one of those orange and white horse ride ons for the original little tykes play people. For a few seconds, the toy did not move, I was afraid to take my eyes off the toy. I did not want it hurled towards me and not being aware of it. The toy began slowly rolling across the floor again. I again said with a more sterner voice, "I command you to leave in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ." The toy continued to roll across the floor, I yelled at it, "You must leave NOW!" Just as I said that, my feet were pulled out from underneath me. I feel to the floor and feet first, I was being pulled towards the back door. This door was closed and had a doggie door on it. I was slowly pulled closer and closer to the door. My feet were about to touch the door when all of a sudden, I was awoken by my friends husband. Apparently, while I was dreaming, I also scared the daylights out of him. He said that my feet were shaking violently back and forth like I was trying to get away from someone. He also said that I was chanting the 23rd Psalm... The Lord is my Shepherd.... I was saying it word for word. He was afraid to wake me, but I scared him so much, he did not want me dying in my sleep.

That is too funny. I have had dreams that seem real to me too. I had one where when I woke up I really thought it had happened and I was furious with my husband all day because he left me for another woman...lol. Great story, thanks for sharing!

LOL. I just know when we got up that morning I just gave him the most evil glare and told him to just pack his stuff and go. I don't even want to look at him. He was in disbelief and sat there with a totally confused look on his face. I told him I know it was a dream that you left me for that other woman but it seemed to real so I am still mad at you...lol. I was furious with him the rest of the day.

I once had a very realistic feeling dream where I was going over Niagra Falls ( not by choice and I had no barrel or protection of any kind) and I actually lived! Everyone was on the bridge cheering lol...

That is incredibly creepy! I have also had a few dreams that I thought were real, mostly when I was a little kid. One I thought I was at school and being chased by wolves. I was trying to run to the backstop to climb up it so that they wouldn't eat me (the funny thing about this is I love animals and I'm not at all afraid of wolves. I think they are awesome). The other was when I was really little, and I dreamed this toy I wanted was just beyond arm's reach up in the air, and if I could just grab it, it would be mine when I woke up. I couldn't quite reach it though. In that one, I knew I was dreaming, but I was convinced the dream could have consequences in the real world. go figure!

I hate those dreams that seem so real. I can't always remember the details. You did a good job.

things like that I tend to remember very vividly like they happened yesterday. It can be very freaky.. guess if there was a ghost to ever deal with, I have learned how to stand my ground and drive them out..

What a great question! I do have dreams that seem very realistic, but I don't remember them very long after I wake up. I guess I'm pretty thankful about that.
