In my opinion, I think online shopping is suitable for certain goods and service. Some of them is not suitable for online shopping because we couldn't feel or touch the items that we want to buy. Therefore, popular items with stable quality and less variation is more appropriate to be purchased online. Some example is electronic gadgets, magazine, books and etc. Things like cloths, shoes are less appropriate because we couldn't know if it really fits our body comfortably until we put it on.
Personally, I prefer to buy things online, because it's convenient. However, it's less practical because we need to worry about the shipping and handling cost and risk.

Thank you for your responding.I'm on your side.I think online shopping is fit for somen certain goods,such as books,food and etc.When it come to digital goods and some like expensive goods,I think it is necessary to worry about the risk what you want to buy.

Thanks for agreeing with me. I am willing to buy things online which worth less than RM1000. If the item is too expensive, I would rather buy it in the shop. It's more secured and less risky. If the online shop ended up as a scam, then we will lose our hard earned money easily.

I usually do online shopping just for buying some ebooks... it is safe because I use paypal... i don't use credit card
