Hi Lil, wellcome a board.
You can earn with both methode, post new discussion or respon to other discussion.
You can look on Term of Service or FAQ's at the bottom of the page.
I suggest you respond to other post too, so they would respond to yours.
Just have fun. 
You do not have to thanks me, but you are wellcome then. Anyway, you can earn also if you get reward from searching with mylot search and from mark as best response on other discussion. Just try with your best. @lileenterprises (96)

Its all new too me :) just wanted to find ways that I can earn a little money so that i can pay for stuff that i need for my babies ;)
