Should people be allowed to own guns?

Yes , we all know that the second amendment of the American constitution makes it a right for all Americans to own guns. However this has led to so many crimes because it's made it easier for criminals to get hold of firearms. Massacres have occured because of this right to own guns. For example, the virginia tech massacre. It's so easy to get guns , that a student can walk into a school and murder 30 people before committing suicide. 20/20 has also revealed that a single person can go to certain venues where they sell lots of guns and buy over 20 guns in the space of an hour. Wow ... too easy? So tell me what you think. Should we be allowed to have guns to this extent?

i think not.. if people behave politely, we don't have to think about our safety yeah If.. i hope human can act as human being care one another... without weapons to protect them

yes,but it should only be use to protect themselves and not to harm others.. my Father has but he never experience to fire it..its only for our defense
