One of the worst attitude a Filipino has

We have people working on our lumber business. At this crisis time, saving is the most talked word. But by 3days, fiesta is coming and my people since I dont tolerate voucher/advances, end up in 5-6 just to get some money to prepared for the coming fiesta. Imagine, they dont care if they have something to eat for the next couple of days to come just to be able to prepared for the fiesta celebration. What a worst culture we have inherited from the Spaniards!

i think it's not the worst attitude of a filipino, for me there's nothing wrong with regards to preparing foods for fiesta because its only once a year where some of your friends and relatives go and gather to your house. i think the worst attitude a filipino has is crab mentality where someone pulls you down when a you're already going up
