How can I add Google Adsense ads on my blog?

Recently I have created my blog on Wordpress and the next day I tried to put some ads on my blog using Goolgle adsense. But to my surprise the Google adsense team has rejected my blog. Kindly visit my blog http://workathomemommies.wordpress.com/ and tell me why my blog is not getting the approval from Google Adsense. I really need help and suggestions.
