I have broadband connection and a static ip but I have this problem about my ip, I'm a member of neobux.com and every time I click an ad, it will tell me this "Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours..." and I can no longer click ads. It's very annoying so I went to youtube and searched in google to find solutions. I was able to find a way to change my ip but the previous ip will still come back. Please help! Do you think I should contact the broadband-internet network or is there any other faster way?

about the message your getting from neobux.... you have more than 1 pc in your house? is there another person in your house with an active neobux account?
if the answer is yes to both questions then this would explain it all.
about your ip issue....
ain,t nothing complicated about changing your ip.by default you have your network adapter set on default values for your network settings, this means you get your network settings automatically.
the router you have in your house has an ip adress and it asigns a totally different ip adress to your pc normally something like:192.168.xxx.xxx
the ip adress that you´re using to access the internet is the ip your outer has not your pc and to change the ip your router has...you need to talk with your provider.

Yes I only have 1 pc. What I need is a new and unique static ip. I guess I really have to contact my provider. Thanks for all your answers. I feel better I know what to do now.

Are you sharing your router with another pc? If you are, chance are there's another one who also has an account with neobux. If not, you should contact your service provider. Changing the IP through your pc doesn't really work as the IP address that would appear in the neobux server is your server's ip.

Sounds like you've been invaded. Your computer should only have one IP address. Or it could be with your server. I'd call my internet provider first and see about it from their end. If not someone may have hacked or something.. but this is really way out of my league.. that' s just my guess!

Quick solution to your problem is to use proxy to alter or hide your IP address in the web so you can surf anonymously in all sites you wanted to visit without any restrictions. I will recommend you isteal.info or guardster.com because based on my experience those two sites are the best proxy site for me.
