I was on tv once in my life.I attended a filming of a talk show and was chosen to sit in the front row. That was pretty cool, because I was on camera most of the time.Have you ever been on tv at all?

I've actually been on TV quite a lot. I used to do background work, so I've worked on tons of shows, like "Joan of Arcadia," "What I Like About You," "House, MD," "My Name is Earl," and lots more. I did extra work for way longer than I should have, probably, but I typically had a blast doing it, and I got into SAG that way, so I'd call it a success all around. As soon as I became union, however, the chances of doing background work dropped substantially, so I had to stop and get a "real" job. Now, whenever I'm on set, I actually have lines and actually get to act, though they are smaller projects that don't actually make it to TV.

That must have been so exciting for you.I used to always want to be on tv.The talk show was the easiest and only way for me to get on it.It was still exciting, because I was chosen to sit in the front row and that put me on camera most of the time.

Where do you live? If you live in California, there's a place called Central Casting which, if you sign up with them, will book you for extra work. Even if you're not in California, there's probably a way for you to get into background work. You just have to know where to look. Good luck!

When I was in forth grade(to many years ago), I was on a local talk show. I was with a few of my classmates and we did the minuette(spelled wrong, but in was a dance done a long time ago). My only ten minutes of fame.

Well if so, I have never seen myself. I have been in church when we was having service and the camera man was taping the service. They said that we would be on T.V. But that is only if the camera shot a close up of me where others could see me on national television. That must have been exciting to be on a talk show, sitting on the front row! What talk show was this??? I have always wanted to be in the audience of a talk show.

Hi Java: I have been on tv once. I was interviewed by local tv and also the radio because I have presented a lawsuit to the Court Constitutional of my country against a law and it was declared unconstitutional. That was a very nice moment for me. I feel on the mood as a professional. I'm so proud of this but at the same time I know that I have to keep on working. Thanks for asking me this question. Have a nice day. ALVARO.

Yes I have been on TV in a India vs Australia cricket match . When the camera man covered me I had a chart in my hand with " I have bunked my college for this game " written in it . When i saw myself in that giant big screen i was jumping to the core . My dad also watched me in the TV when the match was relaying . when i came back home after the match i saw my dad and he asked me how was the match and i got stunned but he dint said anything to me he just smiled at me then later on that night i watched the highlights of that match and i felt so happy when i saw myself in TV

Many years ago I was working for a mental health support group and one of my jobs was to supervise the evening meals. The local TV station wanted to do a story on the group. So I got to demonstrate cooking one of the evening dishes with one of the clients. It was tater tot casserole. It was very interesting to learn how those cooking shows are done. They gave me an unedited copy of the taping. That was my one and only time in the world of television spot light.

I went on a few telethons as a kid. I was also on a youth journalism show. Additionally, I have proudly been on TV fighting for various social justice issues and once my arrest for civil disobedience was on TV!

I have studiously avoided any exposure to cameras, especially television cameras. I don't know what the attraction is, why people want so badly to be on TV. I even avert my face for traffic cameras. I'm glad you got on TV if you wanted it, it's something not many people get to do.

I have to say when I was on tv.I hated what I looked like.It was right after I gave birth to my daughter.I looked so fat from being pregnant and the camera made me look even fatter than I was.I was happy about it,but I was wishing it would have been when I lost the weight from being pregnant.

i saw a talk show once too during a studio tour on one of our class trips in college. me and my friends sat on the seats at the back of the guests. we couldn't see the guests and the host, so it was pretty stupid to sit there. but the camera probably got a shot of me since my cousin texted my mom and told her that she saw me on tv. i don't know how long it was since the show was live and no one taped it so we didn't get to see it. also, when i just started working at the airport, i was on the background of this news clip. i didn't know that i was though. the news was about airport security. i was the one getting the boarding passes at the gate so i was prominently on the background. i didn't know about it until i came in for work the following day, and my co-workers told me about it.

A couple of times. I guess the biggest one was when I was doing a math camp for students one summer. The news channel came out and interviewed me to see what it was all about. Other than that just a shot here or there now and then!

When I was younger my family went to a taping of a show in Nashville. There was something like 21 of us there and we were all dressed similar. So when they did the segment about questions from the auidance we were selected to ask questions. We were all shown together. And I was in a commercial for out local Angel Tree Program. I was shown handing gifts to the parents as they came through. The commerical was probably the funniest because everybody at work kept coming up to me and going, "I saw you on tv last night" and I had no clue as to what they were talking about. It wasn't until two days later that I saw the commercial for the first time.
