Wow I thought I knew my family history very well but I just talked to a distant aunt the other day and I learned something new about my dads bloodline. And here I thought my relatives on his side of the family lived long and healthy lives my last Aunt died at 103 years old....But, truthfully I found out that sure they live long lives but a majority have died from Cancer :( That was tough news for me...Have you ever learned something new about your family history? Maybe you have a famous Aunt or even six generations of the same ailment, we all need to know....

hi ndubose I have wor ked on my family tree for years, and i know that my great grandmother Elizabeth Ladd came down fron John the Emigrant Ladd o f England in 1400 and so on down to her husband James Clark to my grandfather Thomas C Clark and then my dad Oscar H Clark. not any famous people although Christopher Ladd Elizabeths father was almost hanged for murder of a confederate soldier but they caught the real culprit at the last moment and cut him down before it was too late. Also my grandfather Thomas Clark was the chaplain in the White house during the last years of the civil war. Also my gr gr grandfather Spencer with a group of other Missouri Union ex soldiers were held for murder but finally all were let go as they cou ld not prove for s ure these guys did the murder of the confederate soldier or not. so seems they got off when they were probably guilty as sin.
