I take a very long bubble bath which is very relaxing which is good and also I tend to eat and I am trying to cut back on that. Also, I tend to smoke more which is also not good.

ndubose I am also a snacker from stress so I am now listening to my mozart files as I my lot and it keeps my hands and ears occupied so
I do not stuff my face so much. I do have to eat a snack before I
go to bed as I am a diabetic and otherwise I go low before morning.
but I do not want to overeat either as I am trying to lose weight.
music really destresses me great and love his music as its so elegant
and just gorgeous.

How about a nice nap with a nicer still rerun of some dumb show at the TV, a hot water bottle in winter, a glass of water with some lemon juice and lots of ice at your night table?
Snacks will not take away stress. Think about what will make you relax and do it better each time.

Stress is very common...no exemptions especially those who are workaholics..When I am stress I just drink plenty of water, listening to music and lot of sleep..After that I felt relax.

Well most of the time, its my job which gives more stress. I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates.
