Let me just tell you, Drinking milk too much has absolutely NOTHING to do with smoking, and any effects are most certainly not equivalent to smoking. The only harmful thing that you MIGHT get from drinking too much milk is calcified bones, meaning that your bones became hard and joints become stiff, disallowing complete movement of your limbs.
Smoking usually has something to do with the lungs, whilst drinking too much milk with the bones, so we can conclude that this thing that you heard is a complete lie.

Thank you so much I try not to listen to much to the local news in my area. It seems like it always gives me misinformed information. Just from that mini news clip locally i haven't drunk a glass of milk...But I still use a little bit in my cereal...I thought it was odd because a lot of my patients drink milk with every meal so I was a little concerned....
