Ok before you shoot me down; i've been doing my research, i've been reading a lot of Mylott, much more than posting, and i'm quite taken with what i'm finding out. I've had a look at the ptc sites which seem to be quite popular on these discussions and i've started to submit reviews to constantcontent and reviewstreem and had a couple accepted. I've debated turning my much loved blog into a frenzy of referal links and i've filled in surveys multiple times to find that they only accept US addresses, or i'm somehow not suitable. If i was trying to pay for my phone bill each month this would be fine, but realistically i need to make £6-£10 a day, that's a whopping $10-$15. Now i've graduated university, i'm a good and enthusiastic writer (a little rusty on some grammar but that's all), and have a fast internet connection. SO... is it possible to make a living on all this stuff or should i throw in the towel and go train to teach english (that's the best alternative option i'll have as i don't speak the native language as from september). And obviously i've tried this and hate it so i'm hoping you'll give me some hope!

PS. Don't go into yeaching unless it's what you really want to do. I went into teaching in England at age 21, enjoyed it until I was late 30's, put up with it til 45, hated it 6 years, then got out. Stress levels plummeted, even with money worries. Forget the holidays, the job is noy worth doing for the money it pays.

I used to be a youthworker. i loved it. Worked for a church so i went into schools to help with their religious content and did teach a bit. Now i'm moving to the balkans so that's a thing of the past and youthworkers don't really exist there. I don't want to be a teacher and the only type of teacher i could be would be a high level english as a foriegn language teacher.... oh the grammar! No thanks.
