trend: why do husband work for the family?

most of the families i know is that the fathers are the ones working for the family.while mothers stayed at home to take care of the house and the kids. i don't think that it's only the sole responsibility of the father. the wife can also do the same. what's your opinion about this?

nowadays, both help each other work and earn for the family due to increasing prices of living. wives are careerwomen already, they don't depend on their husbands earnings but help him for the expenses of the family. gone are the days where the husband is the sole provider, or the breadwinner.

thank you pal, i do agree with you, as i observed mother has the big contribution in the family, mother has earned more than the father.at home, after work she take care for the dinner, take care for the children to clean before bed.in morning wake up early to prepare food for the family after that herself going to work. as you can see, not only father bring food in the table, and not only mother do house keeping otherwise father too. and for that father should think to help their partner at home.
