is internet getting on our lives 24-7???

how many hours of our daily life do v spend online? how many hours on.. fb?..twitter?..google?,, mailing?.. mylot?... is internet making uss zombies??? has it captured our life 24-7? is it benefiting us? our health? our lifestyle? relationships? or is it a ruining our lives??? any suggestions.. to break free?? or r v lovin it this way???

i only use the computer 6 hours a day so i can do other things i must do.. just discipline yourself so you won't be a computer addict.. Good Luck.. :)
