if you can then you can apply yourself to be an actress
because i think only they that can play that role while me...i am so natural. My face can easily describe my bad mood and i can't pretend to be good.
how about you?

OMG........
just now I told my friend that I can't stop my anger. We had some discussions and got hyper with.I really can't pretend myself whether I am happy, sad or angry.I like to show my true feelings and also like the same from the other person.Don't understand why people need to hide their true faces?

I try not to pretend to be in a good mood when I am not. people can usually tell if I am not my happy and carefree self. it is pointless to try to bed something that you are not.

I am really good in pretending, If I had a bad mood its better to be let alone or you will get my temper. My family know my bad habit so they will let me alone. In public I try not to show it to much I just become to silent thats all.

Every single day!
I have to go to work full of disappointment and yet have to manage to smile
I deserve an acting award

I can't do that, our face and eyes reflects the feeling inside. But there are circumstances that you need to hold your composure.
We are all an actress with our own right. Acting is different from just being in self-control.
I just locked myself in my room if I know that I can't control my mood so I can avoid trouble.

hi ifa no I am one lousy actress as my face will always show my
emotion no matter how I try to act like I am so so happy when I am
really so so grumpy.I admire people who can put on an act of being really
cheerful when they are actually anything but. My emotions seemed to be engraved on my face, if I am happy Im smiling if I am sad I am not, if I am angry watch out as I am scowling like mad.

Sometimes I do. Especially if I am around people who are not the cause of me being upset, because I don't want my mood to effect their mood. Moods are contagious. Just because I'm not having a good day, doesn't mean everyone else should be in a bad mood too. I would rather see people laughing, and smiling. That will make me get over my problems. If everyone else is upset, that will only make things worse.

Well I just don't like when people try to put their problems on other people. They're having a bad day so they're going to be mean to everyone, and try to bring you down with them. Besides it just sets you up for another bad day.

I can pretend to be very good when I am in a very bad mood too because I simply switch off the bad mood to make myself feel good while my goodness is required. When I am angry at home I just cannot remain good then. It is only in the office or in front of other strangers when I do so.

Hi Ifa,
I used to do this all the time. Generally I liked to be alone and so if I had to socialise I would be in a bad mood, but I would pretend that I was happy to please those I was around. I was actually pretty damn good at it because no one noticed, and that just pissed me off. I wanted someone to notice I was sad even if I didn't tell them. I have stopped doing that now. If I don't feel happy I tell people so I don't snap and yell at them for things months down the line (I did that a lot). I have found that the freedom of just being honest makes me happier as well because people understand why I am in bad moods, and if they don't then I explain it to them so we don't end up in that situation again. If I really had to though I could probably call on those skills again, but only if I really had to .
All the best,
Dranz

I agree with Adeena2000. Often my face can't hide how I'm feeling but when I'm at work in a secondary school I try to smile and carry myself in a professional manner. Sometimes my pupils ask me what's wrong and then I know I'm not hiding it well.I've never broken down in tears in the classroom though though I've often felt like it so to some extent I'm a good actress.

so do I.I can't pretend good when I am in a bad mood.I am a girl of too much energy,I like talking and laughing usually,I hate to keep quiet, unless I am unhappy, disapointed,in a bad mood.Only at that time I will be keep quiet, and all my friends will know I am not ina good mood.Because my face tells them.Sometimes I try to pretend, but it's hard.

Nopes, not for me! Why should I pretend to good, when in bad mood! I'm a very moody person and my mood fluctuates, sometimes even without a reason. Its good to be natural!
