The U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, already has drafted a plan for processing 13 million illegal alien applicants for amnesty in a 30-week period at an estimated cost of $1 billion, WND has learned.
The plan, a copy of which was obtained by WND, anticipates the approval of so-called "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" legislation pending in Congress and assumes a nine-month ramp-up period for processing of applications.
The undated draft report anticipates the possibility of the legislation requiring public benefits to amnesty applicants.

Why do you think Arizona waited until she left office as our Governor before introducing and getting our newest immigration law through the state legislature? We knew she was for amnesty; but, she was very careful to never come right out and say she wasfor it.
That was also why we were worried and still are worried about her position in Homeland Security - she knows how to "talk the talk" while undermining attempts to get illegal immigrants out of the country and trying to build sympathy to get them amnesty. Exactly what Obama was looking for!

The GOP will do themselves in soon enough. The blues and greens will soon run this country, and then the reign of of terror from the right wing will finally be over.

I think the first step is to secure the borders as illegals are still coming into our country. Even more are trying to get here before the borders are secured. This should have been handled years ago.

We're in agreement here...that has to be the first step. I'd also like to remind you that the process of securing the boarder has been started and stopped several times already.

Amnesty didn't work in the 80's under Reagan and it won't work now. About every 20-25 years (at this rate) we'll be giving amnesty to millions of illegals if this pattern keeps up.
We need to close the border then think about what to do with all the illegals.
I agree, someone needs to get that man out of office. But then we're left with Joe Biden and if something happens to him, we'll get Pelosi. 3 bad choices, we lose whatever we do. I still can't believe how many millions of people were duped by Mr. Obama into voting for him. I never in my life thought we had that many gullible, stupid people in this country.

The real legislation does address securing the boarder, employers who hire illegals and a lot of other things as well. It doesn't look like it's close to being voted on though.

We allowed Bush the position for 8 years. Yes, we have that many gullible, stupid people in this country.
They are now turning to Sarah Palin as their angel, and throwing tea parties across the country.
Obama is the best president I have lived through, and I look forward to him running our country for another term before we hand the office to the green party.

I am so excited that WE, THE PEOPLE, are being heard. There are many people in this country who favour amnesty, and this is great news, because they will be finger printed, and photographed, and that will help prevent any terrorist attacks, should any of those illegals be terrorists.
Most are immigrant workers looking to better their lives, and if this bill passes, they will have that opportunity. They will be able to get real jobs instead of working under the table or recycling cans for dollars a day. They will be able to get properly insured, so as not to be a drain on the county hospitals or public benefits system, as they currently are.
This is great news for both parties. Those who treat people like humans (the left), and those who treat them as dollar signs (the right).
