How many hours do you use to maintain your website/blog?

Hi everyone! This is directed to people who have or had a website or a blog. I've decided to start a website as well as a blog. However, because of my exams and work schedule i won't have time this month. I will though when i'm done with my exams. So i was wondering, how many hours do you spend on your website or blog. Also, do you have someone help you or can you hire someone etc. to help maintain your website/blog content/traffic?
